Partnership Process · Golden Falcon International

A structured pathway to institutional partnerships.

Golden Falcon International engages with commercial counterparts, institutions, project owners, and trade-related enquiries through a defined process — designed to ensure mutual clarity, appropriate due diligence, and commercial alignment before any formal commitment is made.

Engagement Process

Initial Correspondence

Engagement begins with formal written correspondence directed to the executive office. All initial enquiries should include a brief statement of purpose, the nature of the proposed engagement, and the relevant entity or jurisdiction.

Preliminary Review

Upon receipt, Golden Falcon International conducts an internal preliminary review of the enquiry. This review assesses the relevance of the engagement to the Group's current operational and strategic priorities. The Group does not guarantee a response to all submissions.

Partner Identification

Where the preliminary review indicates potential alignment, the Group proceeds to identify and assess the prospective partner. This may involve requests for standard business credentials, entity documentation, or introductory statements of background.

Documentation Review

Formal engagement requires the submission of relevant documentation in accordance with the Group's standard requirements. This may include corporate credentials, project summaries, financial parameters, or trade-related specifications, as applicable to the nature of the engagement.

Commercial Alignment

If documentation review supports further engagement, the commercial alignment stage is initiated. This stage involves the substantive exchange of terms, structures, and parameters relevant to the proposed transaction or partnership. All discussions remain confidential and non-binding unless otherwise formalised.

Formal Mandate or Agreement

Where commercial discussions reach sufficient alignment, the Group proceeds to formalise the engagement through the appropriate instrument — whether a mandate letter, framework agreement, or other binding document — as determined by the nature and scope of the engagement.

Execution and Follow-through

Following execution of the relevant agreement, the Group assumes its operational responsibilities in accordance with the agreed mandate. Golden Falcon International maintains ongoing communication with partners throughout the duration of the engagement.

Golden Falcon International does not engage through intermediary channels, unsolicited commercial approaches, or informal communication platforms.
